Join us for an evening of joyful movement, art, singing, and celebration as we honor the sacred web of sisterhood we’ve woven together over the years. Sacred Sisters Circle: The Art of Aliveness
Join us for an evening devoted to the art of aliveness—a sacred and energizing journey through song, movement, and raw creation. We’ll dance, sing, paint, and drum as we follow the rhythm of our own wild hearts. Come awaken your senses, rekindle your vitality, and remember the sacred pulse that connects us all to the vibrant flow of life.
Sacred Sisters Circle: Sacred Self-Love
Join us for an evening of loving on our own bodies, minds, and hearts as we welcome all the parts. Together, we’ll co-create a ritual where every part of you is welcome, especially the ones that feel tender or tough to hold. This will be a space to explore vulnerability and allow shame to loosen its grip. Through dance, self-massage, conversation, and meditation, you’ll be invited to soften, to feel, to be seen. Going into the binds of shame is where we birth self-compassion—not because we fix ourselves, but because we dare to witness and be witnessed.
Rooted in Stillness: Meditation, Mindfulness, and Beyond
Together, we’ll explore meditation through the lens of historical yoga texts while also understanding its benefits from a modern perspective. You'll be introduced to a variety of techniques to help you discover the styles of meditation that best support your unique needs—tools that can help you build and sustain a consistent practice. For some, movement comes more naturally than stillness; for others, stillness can be the greater challenge. We'll acknowledge and honor both experiences.
Sacred Sisters Circle: Sacred Anger
In modern culture, anger often gets a bad rap as a negative or dangerous emotion. However, anger is an inherent, sacred part of being human and being in relationship, supporting authenticity, healthy boundaries, integrity, and protection of dignity for others. Together we'll hone our embodied understanding of anger through somatic practice, discussion, dance, embodied release work, and a forgiveness ritual.
