Together, we’ll explore the history of pranayama (breath liberation) through its roots of the ancient yogic texts while also looking at modern scientific studies and anatomical insights into the breath, bridging old and new with curiosity and clarity. You’ll also be introduced to the structures of the subtle body—including the kosha, chakra, and vayu—as a way to understand energy flow. This training offers space to learn, question, integrate, and embody the teachings in your own way. Expect a nourishing blend of lecture, discussion, guided practice, and reflection. Leave with a deeper understanding of pranayama, a renewed connection to your breath, and practical tools to support your practice and teaching.
