Finding ease in the transitions together…

It can feel overwhelming to take care of yourself during times of transitions: great loss, big grief, unplanned life changes, career changes and expanding growth. You don’t have to do it alone. In this container, I will walk the path alongside you as I help you:

  • Build a relationship with yourself built on a foundation of somatic care and compassion.

  • Learn tools to build into your routine that are custom for your needs.

  • Open the flow of energy to let in what you want in life.

Building a somatic relationship with self-care that works for you…

Calm & Connected is a somatic self-care container that we create together over a period of 3 or 6 months as intuitively guide you through a process of:

  • Learning to be with your suffering and also move forward

  • Learning to create moments of pause and rest to avoid burnout

  • Exploring possibilities and find clarity in your path forward

With motivation, inspiration, and care, I intuitively use what aspects of my work will best support you:

Yoga: We’ll draw on wisdom of the various principles of yoga to explore embodying a sense of interconnectedness and belonging.

Reiki
: We use reiki energy another tool to connect with yourself and release stuck energy so that what needs to be healed can come forward. Healing touch is a basic human need and can be a companion in lowering stress hormones.

Rest: You will learn how to prepare for rest, practice rest, and heal in rest. Our body needs to be able to access the parasympathetic nervous system for true healing to happen. It’s not always quite as simple as lay down and take a nap and relax. Sleep is important, but we are practicing conscious rest.

Meditation: You will create a mediation practice that works for your needs. Learning meditation can be hard and scary, if you’re just starting to practice. The support of a teacher and guide can help you find the meditation techniques that keep you interested and engaged so that you’re willing to show up for it.

Somatic Nervous System Regulation: We will use a combination of breathwork, movement, and rest to regulate the nervous system. You will learn to feel into your own energy with care and compassion and use somatic techniques to shift the energy.

Compassionate Care: I have an intimate understanding of the human experience from my personal healing journey, studies, and client connections. You will be invited to examine some parts of yourself that may be hard to be with. This is done gently and with lots of compassion so that those parts are acknowledged and expressed.

First things first…

Set up a virtual Care Chat to discuss where you’re at, where you want to be, and where you’re stuck. From this chat, I want to hear about your dreams, your struggles, and a bit about the human experience you’ve been having lately. We can determine if we feel aligned to work together and start moving towards a self-care plan.
