There’s so many ways to deepen our yoga practices and this weekend will be spent exploring the deeper, denser tissues in the body. As we explore the foundations of Yin Yoga, we’ll learn about the bones, the breath, and get to know yourself on a deeper level to be able to pass long teachings to your students.
This weekend will feel like a learning retreat. You will set your phones aside and we’ll weave with lecture learning, experiential learning, and taking breaks by putting our feet on the earth and sharing nourishing meals together.
You will learn:
Roots of Yin Yoga
When and how to use yoga props in yin yoga asanas
The benefits and energetics of Yin Yoga through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine
How to sequence a Yin Yoga class
This training includes a copy a Training Manual and 14 CEUs for Yoga Alliance.

Schedule:
Fri 9/26: 7-9pm on zoom (partial time to chat and set some intentions and then shift into a nourishing practice to prepare you for the weekend)
Sat 9/27: 11-7pm (8 hours) at my place with 45 min meal break and 15 min breaks as needed... step outside and get some fresh air.
Sun 9/28: 11-5pm (6 hours) at my place with 45 min meal break and other breaks as needed to step outside and get some fresh air.
