Virtual: Wintering with Deep Rest


Trouble winding down at night?  Spending too much time on the screen? Mind running amok while waiting for sleep to find you? Practice easing into rest with Carrie from the comfort of own home. This is a Winter Series spending Thursday evenings easing anxiety with a little gentle movement and breathwork practices to prepare the body for the stillness of Restorative Yoga. If you're looking for a place to keep yourself calm and connected during the complicated, capitalistic, and crazy vibes of the winter season, this event is for you. We’ll move, breathe, and rest together. Please wear comfortable, cozy clothes! Recordings available the next day, if you can’t make this specific time!

When: Thursdays in January and February
7:45pm - 9pm

Investment: Commit to weekly rest through February for a discounted rate $150 ($18.75 per class) or drop-in $22 per class

Setting the Space for Sacred Rest:

  • 5 blankets or large towels

  • Yoga bolster or 2-3 bed pillows 

  • 2 yoga blocks or stack of books 

  • Your fav background sounds (music, white noise, green noise, silence)

  • Light candles or soft lighting

  • Essential oils or incense you like

  • Tell people in your house to leave you alone or join in on the rest!
