Relax & Restore Yoga

This calming, stress relieving yoga practice offers a gentle approach to stretching and strengthening the body gradually through movements that are practiced in a slower pace. You will be guided into deep relaxation offering a meditative experience through Restorative Yoga postures and super-supported Savasanas.

Classes will include the use of essential oils and/or Reiki energy healing for a total relaxation experience. This practice is recommended for all levels of students including those who are coming to yoga as beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
