Each class will be a combination of gentle movement, aromatherapy and education on the benefits of essential oils for health and well-being. Students will be guided as to how and when a pose should to be modified while being mentally engaged with the body. The mind and body connection is one of the main goals when practicing all forms of Yoga. Slow movement is a wonderful way to discover personal limitations and learn how to move forward. All levels of Yoga practitioners can conquer their personal challenges, as they slowly and mindfully move through this class.
