This will be a 6.5 hour day where we will:

• learn and workshop at least 2 new poses we didn't cover in the first training

• have time to discuss experiences and questions that may have come up in time you've been practicing or teaching

• enjoy a full practice of rest for you to enjoy and integrate

• earn 6 CEUs for Yoga Alliance
